Certificates (illness absence)

In case of illness absence, the medical certificate must be sent within 5 calendar days. Do not forget to add your personal number!

ATTENTION : weekends and holidays count as working days!

When the illness starts during an annual holiday, you must send it within 48 hours and provide other information in addition to the certificate, such as: Date of sickness, dates of your planned annual leave, your personal number, your accurate contacts (phone number and postal address, even you're at home), and name, address and phone number of your prescribing physician.
