Summer Game 2019 (members only)
Dear members,
The summer break is nearing! To anticipate on the coming summer fun and relaxed moments, but most of all to thank you for being members of SFE, we are organising a lucky draw.
In game: A Bongo Box, Filigranes vouchers, recycled SFE bottles + lunch boxes!
How to play? You just have to make « reply » to the message that you have received on the 24 May 2019.
Deadline to participate: 14/06/2019 at 17h30
After this deadline, e-mails will not be any more taken into account.
The Comex will draw the lucky 20 winners as follows:
Numbers 4, 11, 26, 34, 43, 58, 66, 75, 81 and 90.
The Comex will draw the winner of the Bongo Box worth 50 €.
The following 9 winners will receive a 15 € voucher to spend at the Filigranes bookstore!
The last 10 winners will get SFE goodies (flasks / reusable lunch boxes)
The winners will be notified personally by e-mail as of 17/06/2019.
To celebrate the start of summer, all participants of the game will be invited to our Summer Drink:
on 24/06/2019 at 12h30 in our premises (J70 01/040 Block A)

Rules:
All members up to date with their membership can participate.
Members having access to the SFE mailbox cannot participate to this ballot.
The prize draw will be carried out under the supervision of the Comex.
If the numbers of answers were lower than those determined in the first message:
The 4th, 11th, 26 th, 34 th, 53 rd, 58th, 66the, 7th, 81st, 90th people who answer will win a lot".
The Executive Committee will deduct from one place the figures not achieved until a winner is obtained in the position closest to the number mentioned.
To participate, members have to REPLY to the e-mail sent by the SFE functional mailbox. Should people reply several times, only the first reply will be taken into account.
The period of validity corresponds to the launching of the message to the members until the attribution of all the lots (deadline on 14/06/2019 at 17h30). An e-mail will be sent on 17/06/2019 to the winners to pick up their lot at the secretariat (J70, 01/200 Block A).
